QA Team Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead who combines strong quality assurance expertise with leadership, ownership, and strategic thinking. In this role, you will drive quality across web and mobile solutions, lead and mentor the QA team, and ensure transparency, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across all delivery stages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Take ownership of quality risks at product and solution level, proactively identifying and mitigating them.
• Ensure visibility and transparency of QA activities, progress, and risks across teams and management.
• Lead, mentor, and coach QA Engineers, supporting both technical and professional growth.
• Conduct performance reviews, define KPIs, and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.
• Plan team capacity and resource allocation to ensure balanced workloads.
• Perform hands-on manual testing for Web and Mobile applications when needed.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, checklists, and permission matrices.
• Define and manage functional testing processes.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and review sessions.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, including experience coordinating or leading QA teams.
• Strong experience with manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience defining QA processes and managing quality risks.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to influence teams through collaboration rather than formal authority.
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
