We’re now looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter to help us grow our talented team.

Responsabilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process for the allocated positions: assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, selecting candidates and preparing feedbacks..
• Assist hiring managers: help coordinate recruitment activities and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate prescreening interviews and recommend those who meet the basic requirements for the role.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Prepare recruitment reports: provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open roles.
• Source candidates using creative approaches — social media, job boards, direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Participate in employer branding activities: represent the company at job fairs, events, and online campaigns.
• Support internal communications: help create and share company updates, announcements, and newsletters.
• Assist with corporate events and employee engagement initiatives: contribute to organizing team buildings, celebrations, and HR activities.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience (1,5+ years) as a Technical Recruiter in IT or related fields, with a good understanding of technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
• ⁠Experience in conducting prescreening and interview discussions with candidates to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles and interview results to make informed recommendations to hiring managers.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• English B2 level (spoken and written) and Romanian.
