Digital Transformation Consultant

EBS Integrator is a based software development company that has been creating customized mobile and web business solutions since 2010. We design flexible and scalable product architecture while using the latest technology in mobile development and network infrastructure.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in initiating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving the adoption of EBS Integrator’s solutions and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them through the entire lifecycle of Digital Transformation.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design and present digital transformation solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts in business terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for pre-sales, proposals, and digital transformation solutions.
• Conduct discovery meetings, analyze client needs, and tailor solutions based on industry, business goals, and digital maturity.
• Design and present technical and business-oriented solutions, collaborating with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
• Actively promote EBS Integrator’s services, participate in events, and generate leads to convert into business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the digital transformation and align proposed EBS Integrator's  solutions with global best practices.
• Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation by providing clear and structured client insights to internal teams.

Job Requirements: 

• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Key Account Manager, Portfolio Manager, or Project Manager with exposure to tech consultancy, or pre-sales activities.
• Strong technical understanding of IT solutions, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and align solutions with client needs.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Client-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships.
