Ideal candidate profile:

• at least one year of previous experience in customer relations;
• results orientation, ability to identify and solve problems;
• the ability to self-organize, discipline, punctuality, responsible attitude towards one's appearance;
• knowledge of English at least at level B1+ or above;
• native-level knowledge of Romanian.

Job responsibilities:

• supporting passengers and drivers in the written and verbal communication process;
• informing customers about the services offered by the company in writing;
• preparing reports, registers, working documents.
