Our ideal candidate:

• experience working in the customer support team for at least 1 year;
• english knowledge at level B1+ or higher;
• free and literate command of the Romanian language;
• high self-organization, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
• orientation on command result, ability to find and solve problems.

Description of the vacancy:

• provide assistance to passengers and drivers in written and voice communication;
• consulting clients on company services in written form;
• keeping reports, working documentation.
