Work Schedule: Full-time, in-office & on-site meetings
Salary: $1,000 – $3,000, negotiable based on experience

About the Project
We are a digital production team specializing in luxury cinematic content and strategic brand partnerships. We create short cinematic films and premium content in the fashion, beauty, travel, and luxury industries.
Our brand, Valery Fain, has over 1.6 million followers across social media platforms, with projects distributed on YouTube and our exclusive private platform.

We are looking for a Sponsorship Manager to manage brand relationships, secure sponsorships, and develop long-term collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively reach out to luxury brands for sponsorships and partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts for product placement, financial sponsorships, and barter deals.
• Create and present tailored collaboration packages for each project.
• Manage relationships with partners and ensure the delivery of sponsorship benefits.
• Attend shoots and events to coordinate brand partnerships and networking.
• Analyze sponsorship performance and optimize partnership strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or media buying.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Experience working with premium brands, marketing agencies, or media production.
• Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) – direct communication with international brands.
• Availability for in-person meetings, shoots, and brand events.
