Creative Director

Location: Chișinău, Artima Business & Lifestyle, Calea Ieșilor 6
Schedule: Full-time, office-based + on-location shoots
Salary: $1,000 – $2,000/month (negotiable based on experience) + project-based bonuses

About the Project
We are a luxury digital production team, creating short cinematic films and premium content in fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle. Our brand, Valery Fain, has over 1.6 million followers, and our projects are distributed across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and a private platform.

We are looking for a Creative Director to shape the artistic vision of our projects, develop highly engaging storytelling, and inspire millions with unique, luxurious content.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for each project – storytelling, visual aesthetics, emotions
• Oversee the production of short cinematic films and viral content – directing, set design, location selection
• Structure and direct the YouTube Reality Show – narrative, format, engagement
• Ensure brand consistency in visual and conceptual storytelling
• Collaborate with producers, videographers, editors, and brand partners

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in visual content and storytelling (directing, art direction, content strategy)
• A strong portfolio in video production and digital content (luxury, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
• A keen sense of style and understanding of digital trends
• Leadership skills and ability to work with a creative team
• Advanced English (C1+) – you will communicate with international brands and partners
