Marketing specialist (internship or junior vacancy)

The platform offers a unique opportunity for users to listen to bite-sized self-therapy audios crafted by expert psychologists, designed to help them navigate and conquer challenging emotional states.

They're on an exciting journey to transform this experience into a fully interactive self-therapy adventure, evolving beyond just audio. To bring this vision to life, we need a dynamic Marketing Executive to shape and elevate our paid marketing strategy and drive impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Mobile App Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our mental health app. Use GA4 data to interpret user behaviour and adapt our marketing activities.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and manage posts across various social media platforms with Planable (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow our social media presence.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the founders to create engaging and informative content for social media, lives, reels, webinars, and other channels.
• Performance Marketing: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• SEO: conduct keyword research using Ahrefs (we already have access to it) to optimize campaign performance)
• Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentation for improved conversion rates.
