Customer Experience Leader

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Experience Leader.
The objective of this position is transversal Customer Experience Management within the organization.
what you will be doing:
- Build, lead and follow-up Customer Experience (CX) roadmap, programs, projects and KPI
- Enhance Customer Centricity within the company through various programs and initiatives
- Magnify customer voice across all company through various actions
- Ensure that each customer facing team has right processes and tools to monitor, react and improve customer satisfaction; offer support and/or coordinate such projects
- Guide and consult Product/Process/Project Managers when (re-) defining processes, services or offers for customer impact in terms of simplicity and effortless customer journeys
- Work in close collaboration with Group and CX champions/owners from all departments
- Coordinate transversal team efforts into objectives achievement
- Efficient management and continuous improvement of Intranet Customer Experience page
what we are looking for:
- Be customer oriented. Strong interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and communications skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship and processes
- Experience in project and process management
- Proficiency in Romanian and English (oral and written)
- Well organized, responsible, energetic and perseverant
