Driver Hiring Manager (remote)
Сompany offers:
- Salary – from 1200 $
- Work schedule: evening shift (16:00 – 24:00)
- Remote work from home
- Сorporate phone and laptop
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of employees for the position of Drivers: interviewing, selection of candidates, presentation of selected candidates to the management.
- Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving operational issues quickly to ensure seamless service.
- Manage and maintain Driver Qualification Files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Requirements:
- High level knowledge and practical application of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in HR or similar areas of work
