Legal Assistant (remote)
Сompany offers:
- Salary – from 800 $
- Work schedule: evening shift (16:00 – 24:00)
- Remote work from home

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with courts to resolve citations, violations, and compliance requirements.
- Hire and coordinate with attorneys to represent the company and drivers as needed.
- Investigate and resolve violations affecting company and driver records.
- Gather and submit supporting documentation to contest or mitigate violations.
- Prepare and file required legal and regulatory documents, including DATAQ filings and other required filings.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all legal actions, court proceedings, and compliance-related correspondence.
- Provide guidance and assistance to drivers regarding their records and legal matters.
- Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and perform general administrative tasks related to legal operations.
- Develop comprehensive corrective action plans for companies found out of compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Requirements:
- High level knowledge and practical application of the English and Russian languages
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Safety Officer / Manager, or in a similar role (experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus).
- Understanding of legal and compliance processes, particularly as they pertain to transportation and logistics.
- Knowledge of regulatory filings such as DATAQ is preferred.
