We are looking for:
Transportation Assistant
We are a Canadian moving service company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Transportation Assistant to join our logistics team. This role involves supporting our dispatchers and ensuring seamless coordination of our moving operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dispatchers with managing daily moving schedules and transportation activities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, teams, and clients to ensure timely operations.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Use Google Maps to assist with route planning and resolve any transportation issues.
- Monitor transportation performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Russian and intermediate English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Maps.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $1000 after the trial period.
