TrackEnsure Systems Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Help drivers and office staff use TrackEnsure ELD, Admin Panel, and CRM.
• Answer questions by phone, chat, and email.
• Explain U.S. Hours‑of‑Service (HOS) rules.
• Set up driver, truck, and company profiles in TrackEnsure.
• Keep short guides and FAQs up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with TrackEnsure (Admin Panel + internal CRM).
• Good understanding of U.S. HOS rules.
• ELD tech‑support background is a plus.
• Advanced English and Russian (spoken & written).
• Calm, patient, and ready to multitask during busy hours.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 15:00 – 00:00 (GMT +3)
