Senior React Application Developer | NUACOM

Job Description:
NUACOM is an Irish company established in 2009 and quickly became a leader in Unified Communication services (UCaaS). The vision of the company is to leverage the latest technologies to build amazing live communication tools for businesses around the world.
We are looking for a Senior React Application Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS and React Native to join our growing development team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining both our web and mobile applications, ensuring top-quality user experiences and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications using ReactJS and React Native.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless features across web and mobile platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux).
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing practices.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Maintain high standards of security, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end and mobile development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS3, and HTML5.
• Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React Native for mobile application development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, monitoring, and debugging practices.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Proven experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with WebRTC applications.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, and ECS.
• Broader mobile app development experience beyond React Native
