Job description:

• Lead and inspire the team, providing guidance and motivation;
• Provide training and mentorship to team members for skill development
• Oversee vehicle acquisition, utilization, maintenance, and repairs;
• Monitor safety systems (speed tracking, dash cameras, telematics);
• Implement and update company safety policies;
• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA/DOT/HOS regulations;

Requirements:

• Fluent, conversational English;
• Minimum experience of at least 6 months in the Flatbed and Dry Van field!
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and cost control strategies;
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
• Great communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
