Reporting Developer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Reporting Developer to work with our International Partners.
The goal is to support operations on a professional level by maximizing the accuracy of the work-forecast and the utilization-forecast of the customer facing employees.

what you will be doing:

• Responsible for making a logistical plan supporting the supply chain
• Expert on finding the balance between expected work volumes and people to staff
• Responsible for forecasting the customer service work demand
• Responsible for making a capacity plan for customer service
• Responsible for planning the field force mechanics and optimizing the staffing around touchpoints in a customer journey
• Determine the optimal method for forecasting, taking into account the context of the forecast, availability of data, the degree of accuracy desired, and the timeline available

what we are looking for:

• Expertise in mathematics/statistics, data structuring
• Minimum 2-3 years in Forecasting or Supply Chain management
• Proven experience in applying statically practice in forecasting such as time series and predictive modeling
• Workforce management skills such as developing a capacity plan from scratch
• Advanced Excel knowledge. Good to have SQL/Tableau
• Excellent communication skills in English plus collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail and meet deadlines
• A natural curiosity and a “big picture” mentality
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
