Quality Control Manager

We are a dynamic dispatch service provider in search of a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the activities of the dispatch team within established procedures to provide continuous analysis of results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Participate in the creation and review of procedures, work instructions, methods, and other quality documents as required.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs specifically for the car hauling industry.
• Collaborate with other team managers to create and deliver safety training programs.
• Participate in the development of a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels, professional growth, and the achievement of objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
