Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Fantastic English Moldova, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various educational projects and initiatives. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to plan, execute, and oversee projects that align with our mission and values.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Coordinating project teams and resources;
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are met;
• Identifying and addressing risks;
• Keeping stakeholders informed about project status and outcomes;
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with our core values;
• Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of project management experience;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Creative problem-solving skills;
• A genuine passion for education and a strong alignment with our school’s mission and values;
• Proficiency in English and Romanian.
