The Role in a Nutshell:
As a Personnel Specialist, your role is to support and process client payrolls on a timely basis, answer client questions, and assist the International Payroll Specialists and Implementation team.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, leavers, transfers, and changes to contracts or job details.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and support exit procedures for those leaving the company.
- Absence Management: Track and record employee absences, such as sick leave and vacation days, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- HR Support: Assist with various HR tasks such as performance appraisals, training coordination, and employee benefits administration.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions about HR policies, benefits, and general personnel matters.
- Compliance: Ensure that employee records and HR processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
What Will Give You an Advantage:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (1–2 years).
- Good communication skills in English; any additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Comfortable using HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and general computer systems.
