Payment System Manager (Integrator)

About the role:
We are looking for an attentive, responsible, and technically competent specialist who will become a key part of the process of integrating and supporting payment systems.
In this role, you will collaborate with the IT team, payment solution providers, and internal departments to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of all payment tools.

So what will you be doing :

• Prepare technical and content-related information for integrating payment systems provided by external vendors.
• Participate in the integration process together with the IT team and providers.
• Configure the administrative panel of payment systems (content and technical parameters) to ensure correct operation on the website.
• Test payment solution integrations before and after production release.
• Monitor stability, success rate, and accuracy of transactions after launch.
• Perform regular maintenance of payment systems, including updating content and technical parameters.
• Conduct basic analytics of payment channel performance using Power BI / PS / Excel.*
• Maintain documentation for each payment method and integration.
• Cooperate with other company departments to solve tasks related to payment processes.

Experience and skills required:

• 1.5–2 years of experience working with transactions, payment systems, or in banking.
• Understanding of online payments, gateways, and integration principles.
• English proficiency (B1–B2).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and responsibility.
• Ability to react quickly to incidents and find solutions.
• Experience working with IT teams and external providers.
