Operational Director

Agrimatco is the only distribution company in the agricultural field that has been operating for over 85 years in the international market and a quarter of a century in the local market.

Our mission is to maintain and strengthen our position as a quality supplier in the agricultural market, with a noble commitment to agriculture by playing a major role in the food chain that serves farmers through the transfer of innovative technologies from research to the farmer. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operational Director to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be essential in coordinating and optimizing daily operations, ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processes.

Main duties and responsabilities:

  • coordinating and monitoring various aspects to ensure the smooth operation of company activities;
  • implementing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency and reducecosts;
  • collaborating with different departments to ensure alignment of operations with the company's overall objectives;
  • analyzing operational performance and generating reports to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • managing the team, providing support and guidance to ensure the achievement of established objectives;
  • ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations;
  • purchasing goods, inventory planning and overseeing warehouse efficiency;
  • ensuring the company's activity from a legal point of view;
  • formulation of strategic and operational objectives;
  • examining financial data to improve profitability;
  • implementing quality controls and monitoring production KPIs;
  • finding ways to improve the quality of customer service.

Requirements:

  • degree in management or a related field is an advantage;
  • high level experience in management (minimum 3 years);
  • good knowledge of languages: Romanian, Russian, English;
  • high level of integrity, enthusiasm and determination;
  • excellent management and leadership skills;
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • knowledge and skills in business and finance;
  • experience in preparing budgets, financial strategy, and planning;
  • skills and experience in using computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.);
  • you are an organized person, attentive to details and with managerial skills.
