Key Responsibilities

• Sell First and Business Class tickets to premium clients worldwide.
• Design personalized luxury itineraries that exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless travel experience for every client.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Sales, Hospitality, or Travel.
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and motivated by results.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English communication and active listening.
• Proven sales or Customer Service experience.
• Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism.
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Travel, Tourism, Dispatching, or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and airlines.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Ability to craft compelling travel stories and upsell experiences.
