Position Summary:
We are seeking a Junior manual QA Tester ensure the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous manual and automated testing, analysis, and reporting to deliver a superior user experience and maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

• Working hours Monday-Friday from 09:00 till 18:00 (Moldova Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual) for various applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Analyze user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Generate reports on testing activities and results, including status, defects, and performance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Run and monitor automated tests, analyze results, and report findings.
• Work closely with development teams to understand the product and discuss defects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, procedures, and defect reports.
• Update knowledge base and best practices documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in manual testing techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jmeter).
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation purposes.
