Heritage International School announces the vacancy of
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment process for local and international staff
- Performance management evaluation
- Management of employee relationship
- Revision, drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, staff handbook and staff clearance forms
- Revision and drafting of job descriptions
- Supervision of the maintenance of professional standards in the school
- Staff Appraisal Policies - implementation and development
- To collaborate with local and international authorities
- To Coordinate all the HR processes
- To organise team building events, parties, and corporate presents
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human resources / Law / Economy
- Romanian, Russian, English languages (fluent)
- Experience in HR minimum 5 years
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills
- Organisational skills
- Leadership skills
- Strategic thinking
- Multi-tasking
- Teamwork
- Risk management
- Intercultural sensitivity
