Heritage International School announces the vacancy of

HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment process for local and international staff
  • Performance management evaluation
  • Management of employee relationship
  • Revision, drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, staff handbook and staff clearance forms
  • Revision and drafting of job descriptions
  • Supervision of the maintenance of professional standards in the school
  • Staff Appraisal Policies - implementation and development
  • To collaborate with local and international authorities
  • To Coordinate all the HR processes
  • To organise team building events, parties, and corporate presents

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human resources / Law / Economy
  • Romanian, Russian, English languages (fluent)
  • Experience in HR minimum 5 years
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer skills
