We’re Hiring: Head of B2B – Export Markets in Europe
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building meaningful, long-term business relationships across international markets? At Acvila Group, we’re growing fast – and we’re looking for a driven and people-focused Head of B2B to lead our expansion across Europe.

About the Role
As our Head of B2B for Export Markets in Europe, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing our international sales strategy. More than just closing deals, your focus will be on creating lasting partnerships based on trust, empathy, and mutual growth. You’ll play a critical role in growing our client portfolio and positioning Acvila Group as a trusted brand across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development: Identify high-potential B2B clients and expand our presence across European markets.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Create and maintain meaningful client connections based on honesty and human values.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product collections.
  • Craft & Present Offers: Develop compelling commercial proposals that align with each client’s goals.
  • Represent the Brand Internationally: Attend exhibitions and meet clients abroad as the face of Acvila Group.
  • Deliver Results: Consistently meet and exceed your monthly and yearly sales targets.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: Background in B2B sales, key account management, or international business development.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to understand market trends, build client strategies, and drive long-term value.
  • People-Centric Approach: You build trust naturally and believe in honest, respectful client relationships.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian – essential for working with diverse partners.
  • Mobility: Category B driving license; own car is a plus.
  • Professionalism & Initiative: You’re results-driven, organized, and proactive in your work.
  • Tech Literacy: Confident working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
