Game Designer
We’re looking for a creative and systems-minded Game Designer to help craft engaging gameplay experiences from concept to execution. If you love designing mechanics, building immersive worlds, and refining player interaction — we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Game Planning & Systems Design: Develop detailed game design documents, outlining core systems, mechanics, player interactions, events, and progression.
- Conceptualization: Translate creative ideas into clear design structures, features, and player flows.
- UX Awareness: Incorporate user experience principles into design to ensure a satisfying and intuitive gameplay experience.
- Collaborative Prototyping: Work closely with artists, developers, and sound designers to iterate and improve features using player feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic drawing or sketching ability to visualize ideas
- A good understanding of how to improve product quality through visual, audio, and user feedback cues
- Ability to clearly document and communicate ideas in a team environment
Bonus Points For:
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Prior experience working on game projects or prototypes
- Familiarity with Unity or other game engines
