Fleet Specialist (trucking company)

Location: Remote

Salary: $700 - 900

Working hours: Wednesday — Sunday, 15.00 — 01.00 (Chisinau time).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the dispatch of roadside assistance technicians to customer locations
• Coordinate with customers to ensure that they are informed of the status of their roadside assistance request
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely records related to roadside assistance in company systems.
• Track and analyze roadside assistance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new roadside assistance programs and initiatives
• Manage the roadside assistance budget

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service or operations role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the freight industry and roadside assistance programs, Microsoft 360, and company systems required
