Driver Recruiter

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter to attract, screen, and onboard CDL Class A drivers. In this role, you’ll manage driver pipelines, conduct phone interviews, verify documents, and ensure a smooth recruitment process in line with company standards and DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via platforms;
• Conduct pre-screenings and interviews;
• Manage candidate data in ATS;
• Collect and verify required documents (CDL, Medical Card, MVR, PSP);
• Maintain communication with candidates and coordinate onboarding;
• Support recruitment campaigns;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics is required;
• Advanced English (verbal & written);
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM, MS Office, and online job platforms;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks;
