Debt Recovery Agent

A leading American company specializing in asset recovery and the resolution of commercial debts is expanding its team and looking for new talent.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Debt Recovery Agent.

Purpose of the role:
To support the efficient management of debt portfolios and contribute to the development of healthy and trustworthy business relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing outstanding commercial debts.
• Managing the process of enforcing lien rights.
• Negotiating payment plans with debtors.
• Establishing and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Preparing periodic reports on collection activities.
• Conducting financial analysis of debtor companies.
• Updating reports on client communication.

Requirements for success:

• Strong English language skills, fluent with a natural accent.
• Experience in negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to draft clear and concise reports.
• Skills in managing challenging discussions.
• Ability to make decisions under stressful situations.
• A positive attitude, integrity, and persistence.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
