Data & AI Program Manager

Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position on Data & AI Program Manager.

The Data & AI Program Manager role reports CO Orange Moldova CDO/CIO and is responsible for orchestrating Orange Moldova DATA& AI efforts and will manage the delivery of Data & AI domain projects.
 
The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming Orange Moldova trough acceleration and expansion of data initiatives across all business functions and transform DATA into actionable insights that drive business value. This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders’ community. 
 
What you will doing:

1. Program Management:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for data and AI initiatives, ensuring delivery of business objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all AI/data program-related communications with stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment on project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the discovery and adoption of Data & AI use-cases across the company, including animation of the internal engagement program.

3. Operational and Performance Management:

• Act as Ethical officer for AI use cases to ensure the compliance and ethical guidelines adoption.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI programs.

4. Change Management:

• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of AI-driven solutions across the organization.
• Support training and enablement efforts to drive data literacy and foster a data-driven culture. 
• Develop and implement program frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to improve project outcomes.
