Customer support specialist (Remote)

Ideal candidate profile:

• results orientation, ability to identify and solve problems;
• the ability to self-organize, discipline, punctuality, responsible attitude towards one's appearance;
• knowledge of English at least at level B1+ or above;
• native-level knowledge of Romanian.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist customers, couriers, and restaurant partners via written and voice communication;
• Advise clients on Bolt Food services, orders, deliveries, and app functionality via written communication;
• Maintain reports, working documents, and internal registers related to customer support activities.
