JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat (No Calls)
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling (Russian, English)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Must have flexibility with work schedule
  • Possibility of weekend work
  • Work experience in Call centre will be an advantage.
