We take pride in providing our passengers with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience. To ensure that our high standards are met, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Customer Service, preferably in the airline industry. Will be responsible for handling Customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. The Customer Support Representative will also be responsible for providing passengers with information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to passengers by handling ticketing, reservations, and other requests in a professional and efficient manner;
Processing refunds for delayed or cancelled flights;
Answer passenger questions and address concerns in a friendly and helpful manner;
Handle customer complaints in a calm and constructive manner, escalating to a supervisor when necessary;
Keep up to date on flight information and changes, communicating updates to passengers as needed;
Offering high quality services over the phone and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Must-have skills:
Strong English verbal communication skills (B2+);
GDS knowledge and experience in the travel industry (will be an advantage);
Experience in Sales Field (will be an advantage)
Problem-solving skills;
Empathy and compassion;
Attention to detail;
Flexibility.
