For one of our clients, acting in crop protection industry, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Republic of Moldova.
Your new role
The role is responsible for supporting the company’s sales activity with assigned customers.
• Offer support in building and maintaining the customer/farmer portofolio in Republic of Moldova in collaboration with management’s origination and quality goals
• Provide support for farmers/customers.
• On-farm visits to strengthen existing and develop new accounts.
• Provide new and current agronomic data/research results to customer base.
• Responsible for liaison with distributors.
What you'll need to succeed
• B.S. degree in Agronomy, Plant or Soil Science, General Ag
• 1-3 years of sales/ commercial experience is a plus
• Agronomic theory – knowledge of farming best practices, seed technologies, crop protection
• Interpersonal effectiveness, persuasion and good communication skills
• Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
