Shop assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work in and exclusive Furniture store in Bratislava, main duties being:
• Working with the Store Manager to ensure that items are attractively displayed and
arranged in an orderly & safe manner
• To welcome and assist customers visiting or making telephone enquiries
• To arrange collections and deliveries efficiently with customers and maintain accurate
records of all donor and customer transactions
• To ensure that Fire Precautions, Health & Safety requirements & other procedures are
complied with for both customers and staff
• To help with activities to promote the Stores, including maintaining entries on Facebook
• To assist the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer relations, including through
handling of compliments and complaints
• To undertake other reasonable and appropriate duties relating to the administration of the store
