We are looking for an experienced full time Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established small recruitment agency in Chisinau. You will need to be self-motivated to achieve placements, have a professional approach and capable of working within our agency. We are looking to expand our business, so we require someone with drive to succeed within a very competitive market place.
Job role:
• Recruiting staff in construction.
• Matching them to our clients' requirements
• Interviewing candidates via telephone.
• Managing and creating relationships with clients and candidates
• Create new business opportunities for the company
The minimum requirements for the Recruitment Consultant role include:
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to self manage your own client base
• Drive to succeed within a competitive market place
• Good English skills
The Benefits:
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary 4000 lei/ week, plus an attractive commission scheme.
