Logistic coordinator / Dispatch assistant

We are seeking a dedicated proffesional to help coordinate our dedicated lanes.

Key responsibilities include:
-Scheduling appointments for pickups and deliveries.
-Identifying the closest available driver to handle assigned loads.
-Collaborating with brokers to secure detention, layover or TONU (Truck order not used), when necessary.
-Verifying driver-submitted paperwork to ensure accuracy and alignment with the assigned load.
-Working closely with the dispatch team to pre-plan drivers for our dedicated loads.
-You won't need to book loads.
-Need to speak English and Russian.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth operations.
