Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal guidance on employment law and workplace policies.
Support employee relations by addressing legal issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance.
Draft, review, and implement contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other employment-related legal documents.
Monitor changes in labor law and advise the company on necessary updates.
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement legal strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in employment law.
Strong knowledge of labor laws in Moldova.
Experience with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
