Fast-growing Silicon Valley company is looking for anHR Generalist. The company has 6 offices on 3 different continents, but the majority of the team works remotely. We offer you a remote job with zero commuting to work; your schedule is flexible — only you control your hours. You must be capable of independently leading a project from start to finish. If you’re highly motivated, versatile, smart, persistent, and a great teammate, we want to hear from you!
You'll:
1. Do benchmark and implementing HR best practices
2. Handle new hires integration
3. Handle assessment during the trial period
4. Be involved in HR administrative process
5. Provide help to colleagues on any HR related issue
6. Organize internal surveys to improve lives of all colleagues within the company
7. Optimize HR documentation
8. Develop a talent retention strategy together with the HR lead
Other activities:
1. Attend team scrums/meetings on a regular basis
2. Liaise and collaborate closely with technical and non-technical colleagues
3. Provide regular daily, weekly, and milestone reporting
We’re looking for someone with:
1. Minimum BA/BS degree
2. At least 1 year of experience as an HR in an international company or a related university degree
3. Particular interest in HR practices
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Responsible working style and outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and methodically
7. Ability to understand complex systems, strategic planning skills, and extreme attention to detail
8. Proficiency in written and spoken English skills

1. Basic technical background
2. Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
