Main responsibilities:
• Planning, control and participation in recruiting process: interviews, testing and evaluation
• Development and implementation of new employees adaptation and motivation programs
• Provide HR consulting and advice
• Administration of payroll and benefits process, and maintain staff records;
• Organize team buildings and corporate events
• Communicate with our bank and accounting department
• Working closely with Head of company in development of various HR materials
Management of HR initiatives: employees development programs (seminars, trainings), team-buildings

Desired qualifications
• Experience in Human Resources role
• Desire to take on many different roles in a fast-growing company
• Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
• Eager to learn new things and apply them quickly
