The Contact Center department consists of more than 600 people working from Germany, Portugal, Ukraine, Moldova. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world.
We are looking for an German-speaking Customer Service Representative for eBay marketplace.
Job Description
Respond to customers’ messages and outcoming calls.
Research the required information using available resources.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Required Skills
Knowledge of German B2/C1 (oral and written)
Experience in customer service
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to co-workers

Schedule 9:00 - 21:00 (8 hours rotational shift),
