Responsibilities:

Design and refine core gameplay mechanics and game systems
Develop engaging levels, missions, and challenges
Work closely with artists and programmers to bring design concepts to life
Balance game difficulty, pacing, and progression
Create and maintain detailed game design documentation
Analyze player feedback and iterate on design for the best experience

Requirements:

Experience as a Game Designer in the gaming industry (or a strong portfolio of personal/indie projects)
Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and level design
Ability to create clear and structured game design documents
Basic understanding of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
Strong analytical skills and ability to refine gameplay based on feedback
Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with scripting or programming (C#, Blueprint, Lua)
Familiarity with game balancing and monetization strategies
Experience working on multiplayer or cooperative games
Knowledge of UI/UX principles for game interfaces
