Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 12 AM (Midnight)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the trucking industry (F, SD, CONG experience required)
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written)
- Ability to perform under pressure and stay results-driven in challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other essential software

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule drivers’ routes efficiently
- Track assigned trucks and provide clear instructions to drivers
- Solve unexpected issues and offer necessary support to drivers
- Maintain accurate records of loads, schedules, and dispatch details
