Dispatcher

Flatbed, stepdeck and flatbed conestoga dispatch position!
Experience in the current market is a must.
Must be able to handle minimum 4-5 drivers from the start.
Competitive pay based on results.

Responsibilities:
- Find most efficient and profitable loads
- Negotiating terms of each load
- Close communication with each driver
- Sending updates to our customers during the transit
- Following the DOT safety standards
