Call center representative

The Call Center has 100 calls per day for United States clients and the primary responsibility will be to work with a database of Truck Drivers who are looking for jobs. the Call Center Representative in Chisinau will be conducting phone interviews with each candidate specialized as OTR Truck Driver.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reach 50-100 drivers per day over the phone and maintain relationships with those drivers from the point of introduction through hiring process.
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview experienced driver candidates, utilizing sales, research, and networking skills, including cold calling, computer databases notes.
Must have excellent English skills and knowledge about American culture, states, cities and time zones;
- Must have good Internet connections;
• Sell the hiring package to those candidates who will be applying for HORA express jobs.
Be knowledgable about Logisitcs, Transportation and Hauling goods on Dryvan, Reefer; Flatbed, etc.
• Communicate on a daily basis with the Hiring Manager to understand staffing needs;
• Perform other special projects as assigned

Requirements:
• 1-2 years professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources or Recruiting (including internships);
• Outside sales experience or experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry is a plus;
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with every client seeking for a truck job;
• Excellent knowledge of Internet candidate data mining
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
• Exceptional planning, time management, and project management skills;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with recruiting technologies a plus.
- Be able to work from 5 PM - 10 PM Chisinau time.

Only candidates who successfully passed 1 week of orientation will be selected.
