Bellboy

Main responsibilities:

Assist guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
Ensures that each guest is welcomed and served in a timely manner according to the standards
Handles all guest service issues in an immediate, gracious and professional manner
Assists guests from arrival to departure
Assist guests by providing information about local attractions, restaurants and activities.

Personal requirements:

Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian knowledge, other language is an advantage
Hospitality experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
