Responsibilities
• Reception work: answering phone calls, keeping evidence of in/out correspondence, meeting guests
• Assisting General Manager in making appointments, arranging meetings and different events
• Assisting staff in business trips on internal and external processes, accommodation and air ticket booking/issuing
• Supervising the office and ensuring the maintenance and repair where necessary, provision with office supplies and other items
• Keeping evidence and periodically updating contracts related to services for telecommunication (fixed, mobile and internet), water, electricity, repair of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Xerox, Scanner), cars’ leasing, rent of office and apartments, office supplies
• Assisting in purchasing, selecting suppliers according to Huawei regulations, negotiating with admin. suppliers for better prices, reporting to superiors
• Applying (in internal system) for budget related to all administrative activities
• Registering invoices in internal systems, checking their approvals and payments. Documentation preparation for payment transactions and submitting to accountancy
Desired Skills and Experience
• University degree
• Previous experience in similar position from 2 years
• Strong organizational skills
• Very good communication skills
• Multitasking and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
