Position Responsibilities:
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Main requirements:
Work experience in a similar position
Advanced level of written and spoken English and Russian
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Advanced computer skills
