Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Activation Reporting Analyst to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
Develop and maintain dashboards focusing on key performance areas such as KPIs, PTC (Propensity to Call), NPS (Net Promoter Score), First Time Right (FTR), and Cancellations using QlikView or ThoughtSpot
Ensure dashboards provide a clear view of the activation lifecycle from sales to activation, highlighting critical metrics and stages
Conduct thorough analyses of KPIs related to the activation lifecycle to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Perform deep dives on specific subjects within the lifecycle to uncover underlying issues or opportunities
Handle ad hoc data requests by extracting and manipulating data from various databases to meet business needs
Provide timely, accurate, and insightful reports to support decision-making processes
Act as a SPOC to customer operations for new requirements of additional data points towards data warehouse
Work with the data warehouse team to create relevant data sets and address any data discrepancies or issues
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports by validating data received from the data warehouse
what we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Reporting Specialist, Data Analyst, or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
Expertise in using reporting platforms like QlikView or ThoughtSpot
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Proficient in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and database management
Experience with accessing and working with various databases, ensuring data integrity and security
Understanding of fiber optics principles and their application in telecommunications, particularly within the activation lifecycle
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their role in managing customer interactions and data
