We’re looking for a highly skilled video editor and content creator to join our creative team. This role is focused on producing high-quality short-form videos and managing social media pages where the content will be published.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot, edit, and assemble videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and music to align with the brand voice and visual identity
- Develop engaging video concepts based on brand direction and audience trends
- Maintain a consistent publishing calendar across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write short captions and texts to accompany video content
- Analyze performance of posted content and optimize accordingly
- Collaborate with remote team members to align messaging and visuals

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in video editing and post-production (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Basic filming skills using a phone or camera (framing, lighting, sound)
- Understanding of social media video trends and platform algorithms
- Experience managing social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to work independently, deliver on deadlines, and follow brand guidelines
- Creativity, attention to detail, and initiative

Bonus If You Have:
- Animation or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.)
- Photo editing abilities (Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Experience in content strategy and campaign planning
